Average price of a timber garden house
As a guide:
- Small garden house or store (up to about 6 m²): vanaf ongeveer €900
- Medium-sized garden house (6 to 15 m²): ongeveer €1.500 tot €3.500
- Large garden house or log cabin (more than 15 m²): approximately €3.500 to €6.000 and above

What determines the price?
- The dimensions: the larger the floor area, the higher the price.
- De wanddikte (19, 28 of 44 mm): thicker timber insulates better and costs a little more.
- De opties: floor, canopy, extra windows or timber treatment.
- De houtsoort: spruce, Douglas fir and other species each have their own price and durability.
Allow for additional costs
Also allow for the foundation, which you prepare yourself, and possibly timber treatment. The delivery time is usually 5 to 8 weeks for Woodlands garden houses and 2 to 3 weeks for Timbela models.
