To avoid mistakes during assembly, we recommend within 14 days of purchase check the package and sort the parts using the parts list.
The warranty only applies to defective parts that have not yet been treated or assembled .
Parts that have already been painted, impregnated or used during assembly are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty claim
To make a warranty claim, the buyer must inform the seller in writing of any damage or defects by email.
The report must include:

Product packaging and delivery – kiosk M950
Our kiosks are carefully packed on sturdy pallets and delivered by 19-tonne lorries equipped with a hydraulic tail lift.
The product is delivered unassembled – all parts are neatly stacked on a pallet and protected with black film against dust and moisture.
Delivery is made as close to the house as possible.
If the lorry cannot drive onto your driveway or property, the pallet will be unloaded at the nearest accessible location.
Before purchasing, check whether a 19-tonne lorry can easily reach your home or delivery address.

If the courier cannot reach the buyer, the delivery cannot be made.
On receipt, check that the packaging has not been damaged during transport.
