This quality wood is light in colour, with a smooth surface and only fine, subtle knots.

Because wood moves naturally, product dimensions may vary slightly (1–2 mm).
These minimal differences have no effect on the strength or durability of your wooden garage.

Over time, untreated wood may show blue staining of surface mould .
That is why it is essential to treat all wooden parts before assembly with a quality wood preservative.
Apply the preservative to all sides of the boards, so the wood is optimally protected against moisture, sun and mould.

It is normal for there to be small colour differences between individual boards.
Sunlight gradually evens out these shades, without any effect on the stability or quality of the product.

To prevent this, all wooden parts must be treated on all sides with a quality wood protector before assembling the product.

Only treat the wood when it is completely dry – treating or painting damp wood considerably increases the risk of mould.
We recommend repainting or re-impregnating the outside every 3 years , or more often if needed, depending on the weather.

Our wooden garages come with a 2 year warranty, valid from the invoice date.
The warranty only applies if the product has been assembled correctly according to the supplied assembly instructions.
The warranty covers only the replacement of defective parts.

Warranty conditions

All wooden parts are supplied in natural, untreated state and must be treated according to the wood protection instructions.
To avoid mistakes during assembly, we recommend within 14 days of purchase check the contents of the package, sort the parts and compare them with the parts list in the manual.

The warranty only applies to defective parts that have not yet been treated or assembled .
Parts that have already been painted, impregnated or used during assembly are not covered by the warranty.

Reporting damage or defects

To make a warranty claim, the buyer must inform the seller in writing of any damage or defects by email.

Please include the following with your report:

• Clear photos of the damaged part or the defective product
• A list of damaged or missing parts
• The LOT number as stated in the assembly instructions

Product packaging and delivery – Wooden garage

Our wooden garages are carefully packed on sturdy pallets and delivered by 19-tonne lorries equipped with a hydraulic tail lift.
The product is delivered unassembled – all parts are neatly stacked on a pallet and protected with black film against dust and moisture.

Delivery is made as close to the house as possible.
If the lorry cannot drive onto your driveway or property, the pallet will be unloaded at the nearest accessible location.
Before purchasing, check whether a 19-tonne lorry can easily reach your home or delivery address.

If the courier cannot reach the buyer, the delivery cannot be made.
On receipt, check that the packaging has not been damaged during transport.
