All playhouses are made of natural wood, free from harmful substances, en EN-71 certified, guaranteeing maximum safety. The windows and doors have 15–20 mm clearance between the frames, reducing the risk of injury.

The playhouse construction is based on tongue-and-groove joints and can easily be assembled by one person. All parts are delivered securely packed with clear assembly instructions, making it an ideal DIY project is.

Properties of Natural Wood
We use high-quality FSC® C110730-certified dried and planed pine/spruce. Small cracks, colour differences and gaps between boards are natural characteristics and not defects. After correct treatment, the wood stabilises. Dimensions may vary by 1–2 mm.
Maintenance:
- Treat wood with water-based wood preservative before assembly
- Untreated wood may turn blue or develop mould
- The house can be painted or finished, perfect for creative projects
Warranty Wooden playhouse with slide M501C – 2 years
Our products come with a 2-year warranty on defective parts, valid when the product is assembled according to the instructions. Check within 14 days that all parts are present. Defective parts that have already been treated and used are not covered by the warranty. Report defects in writing, including photos and the LOT number.

Preparing for assembly
- Check local building regulations and any homeowners’ association requirements
- Treat all boards twice on all sides with a water-based impregnating agent
- The base must be perfectly level and square ; minimum distance of 45 mm between foundation and first wall board
- Roofing (if included) is for short-term use; for long-term protection, finish the roof with bitumen shingles or extra roofing
